Aesliip's Ring
Aesliip's Ring is given to you as a reward during the Skaal Test of Strength Story Quest which is part of the Bloodmoon Expansion pack for this game. This ring is geared more towards casters since it buffs your Willpower and Magicka but it can be useful to anyone under the right circumstances.
Amulet of Flesh Made Whole
The Amulet of Flesh Made Whole is one of the best cast when used amulets that you can get in Morrowind. If you're playing primarily a melee character you can swap to this amulet whenever you need to cure yourself of an illness, when you need heals or to restore attributes that have been lowered with debuffs.

Amulet of Heartfire
The Amulet of Heartfire is an amulet that's obtained from Dagoth Odros inside Odrosal, a dungeon in the central portion of Vvardenfell surrounded by the ghostfence. You're told about this amulet during the final quest in the game but you can obtain it at any point prior.

Amulet of Heartheal
Amulet of Heartheal is one of the end game amulets that you are told about during the final quest in Morrowind. This amulet drops off Dagoth Vemyn whose found inside Vemynal, a dungeon within the Ghostfence.

Amulet of Heartrime
The Amulet of Heartrime is another one of the end game amulets that you're told about during the final story quest of the game. This amulet drops off Dagoth Endus who is found inside Endusal, Kagrenac's Study - a dungeon inside of the Ghostfence.

Amulet of Heartthrum
Much like the previous amulets mentioned, this too is an amulet that you're told about during the final story quest in the game. You can obtain this amulet by defeating Dagoth Tureynulal inside the Tureynulal dungeon. This dungeon is found on the inside of the Ghostfence just like the other ones.

Amulet of Shadows
The Amulet of Shadows is one of the best clicky amulets to get in the game since you can get it very early on and it offers you a nearly perfectly Chameleon spell. You can obtain the Amulet of Shadows by completing The Lady's Ring Side Quest which is found to the north of Gnisis.

Amulet of Unity
The Amulet of Unity is given to you as a reward for completing the Amulet of Unity Quest.

Belt of Heartfire
The Belt of Heartfire is a clicky belt which you can obtain from Dagoth Uthol inside of the Charma's Breath area of Kogoruhn. You can reach Charma's Breath easily by taking the entrance that's inside of the Ghostfence; Dagoth Uthol is in the first room you come across after coming in from this entrance.

Blood Ring
Blood Ring is a cast on use ring that's obtained from defeating Dagoth Gilvoth in the dungeon of Dagoth Ur, the final dungeon in the game. Despite this being the final dungeon though you're able to come here at any point throughout the game and obtain this ring.
Boots of Blinding Speed
Boots of Blinding Speed are probably the best constant effect artifact item in the game and also probably the most well known meme of Morrowind. When you equip these boots they will grant you an insane speed boost as well as put a 100% blind debuff on you. There are ways to avoid the blind debuff though, all of which I talk about on my Boots of Blinding Speed page.

Denstagmer's Ring
Denstagmer's Ring is a powerful early game constant effect ring which can be found inside of an urn in the Falas Ancestral Tomb. You can find Falas Ancestral Tomb to the southeast of Gnisis; when you first arrive in Gnisis follow the river that runs along the southern end of town east and you'll run right into the Falas Ancestral Tomb.
Hair Shirt of Saint Aralor
The Hair Shirt of Saint Aralor is an artifact undergarment which is found on the corpse of Feril Salmyn outside of the Kogoruhn dungeon's northern most entrance. During the Tribunal Temple quest chain from Uvoo Llaren you will be tasked with retrieving this item.

Heart Ring Tooltip
Heart Ring is a ring that can be obtained during the final story quest of the game after you fight Dagoth Ur inside of the Lower Facility. After beating Dagoth Ur for the first time he will flee to the adjacent room, this ring can be found just before the door that leads into that room.
Note: Despite the fact that you're supposed to obtain this during the final part of the game, you can actually come here at any point and get the ring.
Hunter's Amulet of Speed
Hunter's Amulet of Speed is one of the 3 possible rewards for completing the entire Bloodmoon Expansion Pack story line. At the end of the Hircine's Hunt Story Quest you will be given the choice between this amulet, Hunter's Amulet of Strength and the Spear of the Hunter.

Hunter's Amulet of Strength
Hunter's Amulet of Strength is one of the 3 possible rewards for completing the entire Bloodmoon Expansion Pack story line. At the end of the Hircine's Hunt Story Quest you'll be given the choice of choosing between this amulet, the Hunter's Amulet of Speed and the Spear of the Hunter.

Mantle of Woe
Mantle of Woe is a very powerful constant effect robe which is obtained from Tymvaul inside the dungeon of Rimhull on Solstheim. You can get this robe one of two ways, the first is by completing the Tymvaul in the Well quest or by killing Tymvaul.
Marara's Ring
Marara's Ring is a powerful early game constant effect ring which is obtained by killing Marara inside of the Drethan Ancestral Tomb. You can find the entrance to the Drethan Ancestral Tomb on a small island to the south of Dagon Fel. Be warned that Marara can be a tough foe if you're currently low level with lack luster gear. It's recommended you save before facing her!
Mentor's Ring
Mentor's Ring is a great early game constant effect ring that you can get from the Samarys Ancestral Tomb, a dungeon near Seyda Neen. This ring is often the first artifact obtained by new players due to the close proximity to the starter town.
Necromancer's Amulet
Necromancer's Amulet is a powerul constant effect necklace that's obtained by killing Trebonius Artorius in the Vivec Mage's Guild Hall. You can find Trebonius walking around in the main room - he's very difficult to miss. Make sure you taunt him to attack you first or use Frenzy Humanoid on him to cause him to attack you; this will allow you to avoid any penalty for killing him.
How to get Necromancer's Amulet
Ring of Khajiit
The Ring of Khajiit is a decent cast on use item which can be obtained by speaking with Taros Dral inside of the Morag Tong Guild Hall in Vivec and completing Mephala's Quest. For this quest you're tasked with going to Balmora and poisoning a member of the Morag Tong Guild. There's no combat involved and you can complete this quest at a very low level.
Ring of Phynaster
Ring of Phynaster is a powerful early game constant effect ring which can be obtained from inside the Senim Ancestral Tomb, a dungeon which is a short walk south of Dagon Fel. The enemies guarding this ring are easy to deal with at levels 5 and lower which makes this a great early game ring to grab.
Ring of Raven Eye
The Ring of Raven Eye is a decent constant effect ring which is obtained by looting the hollowed treestump behind the Thirsk Mead Hall on Solsteim. In addition to this ring you can find a bunch of extra goodies inside the tree stump as well. No combat is required to obtain these items.
Ring of Regeneration
Ring of Regeneration drops from Delvam Andarys inside of the Mawia dungeon. You can find Mawia southeast of Molag Mar, it's found on a small island just off the coast of the main continent. Along with the Ring of Regeneration Delvam Andarys also drops the unique short sword Shimsil.

Ring of the Wing
Ring of the Wind is a pretty decent early game constant effect ring which you can get by defeating Galmis Dren in the dungeon of Nammu. You can find Nammu far to the west of Sadrith Mora/Wolverine Hall, the eastern most town of Vvardenfell.
Royal Signet Ring
Royal Signet Ring is arguably the best ring in all of Morrowind since it makes you almost impossible to kill through normal means. This item will restore a constant 10 hp and 10 fatigue every second along with giving you 100% Magicka and Paralysis resist... don't forget the spell reflect too!
The big downside to this ring is having to kill King Hlaalu Helseth to get it. However, once you've completed the entire Tribunal story you don't have to worry about damaging your game if you kill Helseth.

Sheogorath's Signet Ring
Sheogorath's Signet Ring is a constant effect ring which is obtained during the Azura's Star Side Quest from defeating the Golden Saint Staada. You can find Staada on a small island to the northwest of Dagon Fel, she'll only appear here during the Azura's Star Side Quest.

Shoes of St. Rilms
The Shoes of St. Rilms are a constant effect undergarment found in a chest behind the Statue of Mehrunes Dagon in the dungeon of Ald Sotha. During Endryn Llethan's Tribunal Temple quest chain you will be sent to this dungeon to collect these boots.
How to get the Shoes of St. Rilms
Soul Ring
The Soul Ring is a cast on use artifact ring that drops from Dagoth Araynys inside of the Mamaea dungeon which is found southeast of Gnisis. Not many items in Morrowind have a cast on use Fortify Health which makes this ring stand out, sadly it only lasts 30 seconds. Within the same dungeon of Mamaea you'll also find the Fang of Haynekhtnamet, an artifact dagger.
Vampiric Ring
Vampiric Ring is a cast on use ring which is obtained from defeating the Skeleton War-Wizard in the dungeon of Ald Redaynia. You can find Ald Redaynia on the strip of islands far to the west of Dagon Fel, a town at the northern most point in Vvardenfell.
Warlock's Ring
Warlock's Ring is a rather weak cast on use item which is obtained from Vindamea Drethan inside of the Ashirbadon dungeon. Ashirbadon is found to the east of Vivec on a small island. You're told about this ring during Ajira's final quest in the Balmora Mage's Guild quest chain.
