The Amulet of Flesh Made Whole is held by Berengeval who is found in Sadrith Mora. You'll find him in the General Quarters of the large Tel Naga building which is in the center of town. The Amulet of Flesh Made Whole is involved in a quest by the same name, Flesh Made Whole and you'll have to give up the amulet if you ever plan to turn in and complete this quest.

In order to reach Berengeval inside Tel Naga you'll need to use Levitate; once you're in the General Quarters area of Tel Naga you'll need to Levitate up through a hole to find Berengeval.... Unless you entered through the door next to him which can only be accessed via Levitation as well.

Along with the Amulet of Flesh Made Whole Berengeval will also drop the Saint's Shield, a unique Ebony Shield pre-loaded with some Enchantments.
