Endryn Llethan Vivec Tribunal Temple Quests
Endryn Llethan is one of 2 Tribunal Temple quest givers found in Vivec and the only one who offers quests for low ranking members. The first 2 quests that Endryn has for you have no rank requirements after that you'll need the rank of Curate to do his next quests before needing the rank of Diviner for his final quest.
Endryn Llethan Quest #1 - Disease Carrier
For this quest you'll need to travel to the Arena Canton of Vivec and convince Tanusea Veloth to leave the city. You can find Tanusea Veloth in the upper most portion of the Arena Canton in an area called the Arena Pit. If you raise your disposition with her to at least 80 you'll be able to convince her to leave town. Alternatively if you have a copy of Saryoni's Sermons on you it's possible to read a passage from the book to convince her to leave too.
Endryn Llethan Quest #2 - Silent Pilgrimage
This quest requires you to make a trip to the Sanctus Shrine to the west of Dagon Fel without speaking a word to anyone. Since you can't speak to anyone this means you also can't use fast travel like Silt Striders or Mage Guild Guides. There are two common methods of getting to the Sanctus Shrine quickly...
1. Set your Mark next to the Sanctus Shrine then travel down to Vivec and accept the quest before recalling back
2. Use the Morrowind Jump Fast Travel method to get there in under 5minutes
3. Purchase a Potion of Rising Force prior to accepting the quest and donate it to the Shrine to Stop the Moon after accepting this quest then Levitate all the way to the shrine
Once you make it to the Sanctus Shrine simply inspect it to complete the quest and have your vow of silence lifted.
Endryn Llethan Quest #3 - Shoes of St. Rilms
We're tasked with collecting the Shoes of St. Rilms from the dungeon of Ald Sotha a tad bit northeast of Vivec. You can find the Shoes of St. Rilms inside of a Wooden Chest that's hidden behind the Statue of Mehrunes Dagon inside the shrine. In order to open it you'll need to be able to open a lock level of 50.
Endryn Llethan Quest #4 - Foul Cult Beneath St. Delyn Canton
Other Requirements: Rank of Diviner
This quest requires us to find the an area called Ihinipalit in the St. Delyn Canton and defeat the leader of a cult that resides here named Bjadmund. You can find Inhinipalit in the St. Delyn Underworks - to reach this area you will first need to enter into the St. Delyn Waistworks then go into the St. Delyn Canalworks.
