Phantasy Star IV - Skill Modifier Digits Action Replay Codes (USA)

This page contains the Action Replay codes that I have for Phantasy Star IV (USA), a game for Sega Genesis. If you're using an emulator you will be able to input the codes found on this page directly into the program and use them. For those of you who are old school and playing on a physical console, you'll have to purchase a Action Replay device to use them.
