Brewing is a fairly easy tradeskill to raise in EQ, at first at least. You can take the skill almost all the way up to 200 just by vendor purchased items. Also for all those worrying, Brewing isn't only for making alcohol, you can also make other goodies used in different Tradeskills as well as drink which has stats on it, such as Qeynos Afternoon Tea. Also before going any further, as with every other tradeskill, make sure to visit your trainer and put train the first 21 points using your available practices'.

If you don't use the Heady Kiola yourself then you could make some extra money by selling it to Tailors that can use it. It is used mainly and most notably in making Wu's Fighting Armor.

Ask to buy the berries from any foragers that you group or even guildies. That is the only difficult part of this recipe.

You can get the Cyclops Skull off of an Undead Cyclops that spawns in South Karana.

Save the Jumjum Spiced Beer if you are also going to level Baking for Misty Thicket Picnics. If not, sell it to anyone that is working on making the picnics for some extra cash.

Qeynos Afternoon Teas are a great choice to make if you're looking to level up your Brewing. The main reason for this is it is currently the highest stat drink in the game and it will be in high demand by many players looking to maximize their characters potential. Each stack of Qeynos Afternoon Tea that you make can be sold for anywhere between 45 and 100pp.
This route is all vendor purchased and is one of primary brewing combines that I do to reach 250 on all of my characters. It's so cheap and so easy, if you're lazy like me and would rather spend a bit more plat but save a whole lot of time, just start with making Minotaur Hero Brews and let it carry you all the way to the highest trivial it can.
