Chrysamere
Chrysamere is a powerful 2h Long Blade which is somewhat easily obtained by defeating Draramu Hloran inside of Abanabi. You can find the dungeon of Abanabi to the south of Sadrith Mora, it's on a small island to the northeast of Tel Fyr. Aside from being a great weapon to use, Chrysamere is also involved in an Imperial Legion quest by the name of Lord's Mail.
BiPolar Blade
The BiPolar Blade is a very unique weapon that was added into the game during the Tribunal Expansion Pack. This weapon is more of a meme due to the proc that comes on it than it is an actual weapon. If you're interested in picking up this weapon you'll need to complete The MatchMaker Side Quest by speaking with Marena Gilnith in the Godsreach district of Mournhold.
Daedric Crescent
The Daedric Crescent is a unique 2h Long Blade which is obtained by defeating Lord Dregas Volar inside of the Daedric Shrine of Magas Volar. To reach this location you'll first need to get the Daedric Sanctuary Amulet from Tel Fyr - equip the amulet and you'll be teleported to the Daedric Shrine where you'll fight Lord Dregas Volar. Beat him and the amulet will turn into the Daedric Crescent weapon.
How to get the Daedric Crescent
Eltonbrand
Eltonbrand is a unique meme weapon in Morrowind which requires you to first obtain Goldbrand and then become a Vampire. Once you've accomplished these two tasks you'll need to get Shashev's Key along with 11171 Gold in your inventory - a script will run and you'll see the message "Go to Hell, Carolina!" after which the Goldbrand will turn into Eltonbrand in your inventory.
Goldbrand
Goldbrand is a unique 1h Long Blade which you can get by completing Boethiah's Quest, one of the Daedric Shrine quests in the game. Boethiah's Quest can be completed at a very low level since there is no combat involved - just some swimming and some traveling. If you plan on getting the Eltonbrand weapon then you'll need to get the Goldbrand first since this weapon is involved in that quest.
Gravedigger
Gravedigger is a powerful 2h Long Blade added into the game during the Tribunal Expansion Pack. This weapon is carried by Tienius Delitian and the only way to get it is to take it from him. Tienius Delitian is involved in the primary quest line for the Tribunal Expansion so make sure you finish that or that you never plan on doing it on the character you're playing before you kill him.
Hopesfire
Hopesfire is a very unique 1h Long Blade added into the game during the Tribunal Expansion Pack. This weapon is essentially your final reward for completing the entire Tribunal Expansion Pack story line. Spoiler warning -- During the final quest of the expansion you end up fighting Almalexia, you'll find the Hopesfire weapon on her corpse after defeating her.
Ice Blade of the Monarch
Ice Blade of the Monarch is a 2h Long Blade which is obtained by defeating Llaren Terano inside of the Rotheran dungeon to the south of Dagon Fel. This weapon is one of the easier unique weapons to get and is also involved in an Imperial Cult quest, Ice Blade of the Monarch (Quest).
How to get Ice Blade of the Monarch
King's Oath
King's Oath is a unique 2h Long Blade added into the game during the Tribunal Expansion Pack. This weapon is an optional reward for completing the Muckraking Journalist Side Quest which begins by speaking with Tienius Delitian in the Throne Room of Mournhold. For more information on how to get this weapon check out either the UESP entry or my page linked below.
Magebane
Magebane is a unique 2h Long Blade which you'll find inside of the Urshilaku Burial Caverns; you'll visit this dungeon during the Meet Sul-Matuul quest which is part of the main story of Morrowind. If you come to this dungeon before you're on the story quest that sends you here I recommend you avoid entering the Juno Burial area. This part of the dungeon has a named NPC, Wraith of Sul-Senipul, which drops a bow you need for the main quest. If you misplace the bow or let it rot on the mobs corpse you'll permanently break your main quest.
Shadowsting
Shadowsting is a unique Long Blade added into the game during the Bloodmoon Expansion Pack. You can find this weapon along with many other items in the Hollow Treestump behind the Thirsk Mead Hall on Solstheim. Getting this item requires no combat and can be done as early as level 1.
Stalhrim Longsword of Flame
Stalhrim Longsword of Flame is another one of the unique Long Blades added into the game during the Bloodmoon Expansion Pack. In order to get this weapon you will need to complete The Castle Karstaag Story Quest which is one of the final quests in the expansion.

Trueflame
Trueflame is a unique 2h Long Blade weapon added into Morrowind during the Tribunal Expansion Pack; you craft this weapon during The Blade of Nerevar Story Quest. The Blade of Nerevar is the penultimate story quest of the Tribunal Expansion so be prepared to do almost the entire expansion before you can get this weapon.
Umbra Sword
Umbra Sword is a unique 2h Long Blade which you can acquire by completing the Umbra Side Quest. This is an easy to complete side quest which begins by speaking with Umbra who is found over the hills to the east of Suran. If you chug a bunch of Sujamma or any alcohol that buffs your Strength you can complete this quest as early as level 1.
