How to get to Relic, The Artifact City

To reach Relic, the Artifact City you will first want to travel to Arcstone. The fastest way to Arcstone is by taking the Guild Hall portal, alternatively you could also have a Wizard or Druid port you here. Once you're in Arcstone you'll want to travel east across the zone until you reach the portal to Relic, the Artifact City.

The portal to Relic is a little blue and gold disc on a platform. A picture of what you're looking for is shown in the screen shot below.
