Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem

Note: On regular servers this item will be No Drop. On FV it is not and you can buy it from the bazaar year round

You'll find the Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem in the War Games Task that is only available during this games yearly Anniversary; it goes live during the 15th Anniversary. This item has a bit of a side quest involved if you plan to get the full use out of it, to start the side quest you will want to visit Yaldu Bwor in Plane of Knowledge.

Yaldu Bwor is just east of the Small Bank in south-central PoK. He is here all year round too so you don't have to worry about completing this side quest in a certain amount of time. So long as you have your Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem you can do this quest whenever you want.

Hand Yaldu Bwor the Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem to unlock the Gnoll Reaver Spirit Shroud. You can change into this Spirit Shroud at any Spirit Shroud NPC, there is one just west of Yaldu Bwor nearby the small bank platform.

All that's left to do at this point is grind out 5 levels of this Spirit Shroud and then return to Yaldu Bwor and hail him. Every level up you get with this Spirit Shroud the more powerful the AC buff becomes. What I would recommend doing is shrouding down into a level 5 Gnoll then getting a Damage Shield buff as well as some HP/maybe even a Haste buff. Then head on out to Misty Thicket or some other noobie zone and hunt a bunch of enemies.

Doing this it will only take 30 - 45 minutes to fully level up your Spirit Shroud.
