High Charity puts you back in control of Master Chief, we're in the same area that we were during the Gravemind Mission except this time it's going to be infested with Flood! My first piece of advice is to get a Shotgun or Energy Sword as soon as possible because these are effective against the Flood (Energy Sword is great for both Flood and Covenant).
Other than that, continue along the linear path inside the Covenant ship and over to the gravity lift that takes you up. At the top of the gravity lift you'll find my least favorite room in this entire mission, there will be two grav lifts that operate as bridges in this room (pictured below). One lift will take you to the central platform and then from the central platform you'll ride the next one to the side of the room we need to go to.
Flying around the room will be a bunch of Drones and they'll be shooting at Flood which are on both platforms. In the hallway before this room you can find a Beam Rifle and in the purple crates you can find Covenant Carbines. you should use these weapons to take out the Drones flying around and as many Flood on the central platform as you feel is necessary.
Your goal is to be able to safely recharge your shields on the central platform before moving onto the final one. Once you're on the final platform you're going to be rushed by a wave of Flood so you'll want to be prepared for that. Things will get dark in the hallways ahead so you'll want to use your light to see. For the most part the route forward is linear, there will be some junctions with doors that open and release Flood but they all lead to dead ends.
Eventually you will run into a large room that looks totally different from everything else, it will have a Covenant structure surrounded by some rocks and a pond. This room is where you will find the Rampant Cortana Toy if you're interested in getting it and the Achievement associated. Continue through the level and you'll come across another large room with a pond in it that looks more or less the same as the first one. Shortly after this second room you will find an elevator that takes you up to the next area, it's a large room with a bunch of Flood. The door is at the opposite end and it opens extremely slow so I recommend dealing with the enemies first.
The Terminal for this mission is found in the very next room with the pedestal in the middle of it. If you're interested in getting it check out my High Charity Terminal Location Youtube Video for the exact location. Otherwise, go through the door and hop into the grav lift that's here. Ride it to the the top and you will find yourself on an outside platform with a ton of Flood and Covenant enemies fighting.
All you need to do for this part is sprint to the end of this platform where you'll find another grav lift. Once you step into it you'll get a cutscene and the level will be complete. To help you out, a screenshot of the grav lift I am talking about is shown below.
