Skink-in-Tree's Shade Wolverine Hall Mage's Guild Quests
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade is the Mage's Guild quest giver that resides in Wolverine Hall which is a part of Sadrith Mora, a Telvanni town. The first 4 quests from Skink-in-Tree's-Shade do not require any rank in the Mage's Guild, however, for the final 2 quests he offers you'll need to be the rank of Wizard (7) or higher.
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #1 - Escort Tenyeminwe
Our first quest from Skink-in-Tree's-Shade requires us to escort Tenyeminwe from the Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub in Tel Mora to the docks. Tel Mora is the town just north of Sadrith Mora so head outside and over to the town, Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub is right across the bridge from Wolverine Hall.
No enemies will attack you on your way to the docks so this is just a simple escort quest.
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #2 - Vampires of Vvardenfell, Vol II
You can find a copy of Vampires of Vvardenfell, Vol II in Jobasha's Rare Books in Vivec. The fastest way to reach Jobasha's Rare Books is to take the Mage Guild Guide to Vivec then travel to the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks. From the Lower Waistworks you'll find Jobasha's Rare Books on the western side of the zone. If you'd like to see a video of me running here from the Mage Guild Guide follow the link provided.
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #3 - Meeting with a Wise Woman
Head out to the docks in Sadrith Mora and hop on a boat to Tel Mora; from Tel Mora go a little bit northwest to reach the Ahemmusa Camp. At the Ahemmusa Camp you'll want to speak with Sinnammu Mirpal who will send you to the nearby Favel Ancestral Tomb to speak with Minabibi Assardarainat.
Minabibi asks you to defeat the spirit of Kanit Ashurnisammis in the back of the tomb, do so then talk to Minabibi again before returning to the Ahemmusa Camp where you'll speak with Sinnammu again. Telling Sinnammu that you killed the spirit will get you a +20 Disposition increase with her. All that's left is to return to Skink-in-Tree's-Shade and talk to him to complete the quest; speak with Minabibi who is next to Skink for an additional small reward.
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #4 - Kill Necromancer Telura Ulver
For this quest you'll need to take a boat to Hla Oad and then travel northwest to the dungeon of Shal along the coast. Inside of Shal you'll find Telura Ulver whom you'll need to kill to complete the quest. While you're here don't forget to grab the Master's Alchemy set near Telura's bed - it vendors for a lot if you don't have use for it yourself.
Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #5 - Soul of an Ash Ghoul
All you need to do for this quest is to find an Ash Ghoul enemy and Soul Trap it so that you can capture it into a Soul Stone. You can find Ash Ghouls in many places throughout the world, typically in places that relate to the main quest of this game or are involved in the Sixth House.
What I recommend you do is to go to Galom Daeus or Tureynulal and collect Galur Rithari's Papers - the book required for the next quest from Skink-in-Tree's-Shade. Here you'll definitely find an Ash Ghoul's soul for you to bind to a Soul Stone along with the book we need for the next quest.

Skink-in-Tree's-Shade Quest #6 - Galur Rithari's Papers
You can find this book in the Galom Daeus Observatory, Tureynulal Kagrenac's Study, or in the Vivec Hall of Justice Secret Library. If you decide to go to Kagrenac's Study you'll be able to pick up the Amulet of Heartthrum from Dagoth Tureynul and grab the Cleaver of St. Felms from the basement.
