Pokemon Yellow Game Genie Codes (World)

This page contains the Game Genie codes I have for Pokemon Yellow (World), a game for the original NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). If you're playing with an emulator you'll typically be able to put these codes into the program directly through a built in option. Any of you who are old school and playing on a physical console, you'll have to purchase a physical Game Genie cheat device to use these codes.

Can buy up to 159 items in shops: EXKTOPGT
Buy 98 of an item, then buy the remaining 61. If you buy 99 the game will assume full stack and not let you buy anymore.

Don't spend pokeballs (or any kind) when using them: SKXUPUVS

Don't spend TM's nor items when using them: SGKLYVVS

Current pokemon at use doesn't take damage: AVVUKEAL
Only works with direct attacks, DoTs still hurt you.

Don't spend PP (Move allowed times) when using a move: SKSXIKVS

Get AT LEAST 240 Exp points after defeating a pokemon: NSKKGSIN

 

Can buy up to 159 items in shops (improved)

Both encountered and trainer's pokemon depend on the number of pokeballs you got
Use with the can hold more Pokeballs codes to easily capture any Pokemon you want (The # of Pokeballs will be the same # as the Pokedex for that Pokemon)
