Quest Requirements: Bring the man a Sage's Stone made with Alchemy

Quest Pre-Requirements: This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Green Orb

This quest begins by speaking with the man on 1F of Stornway Castle in the north-central portion standing in the dining room. To complete this quest all you need to do is make a Sage's Stone for this guy. While this may seem like an easy task on the surface, I assure you it's not.

Sage's Stone uses two extremely rare items in its creation, Orichalcum and Silver Orb. There are a few quests you can do that will reward you with these items but they're in extremely limited supply. You will have to do a lot of post game content grinding to get them.

Orichalcum: Found rarely in Grotto Chests

Birdsong Nectar: Made with Alchemy Combines

Aside from being used in this quest, Sage's Stone is an item you should keep on at least one of your party members at all times. It's usable as many times as you want to during combat and it heals your entire party for about as much as an unmodified Multiheal does.

You can find this item in almost every Dragon Quest game and it does basically the same thing in all of them - it's insanely overpowered and helps out a ton for tough fights. Completion of this quest will make a few other quests available such as Side Quest #182 and Side Quest #178.
