Quest #153 Not-So-Jolly-Roger - Wyrmtail

Quest Requirements: Defeat Fowleye (Grotto boss) in 15 turns

Quest Pre-Requirements: This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Silver Orb

This quest is given to you by one of the skeletons in the Wyrmtail Cave which can only be reached by using the Starflight Express. If you look at the map you'll see this cave in south-central Wyrmtail on a raised plateau that you can't reach by foot.

If you're having trouble locating this location take a look at the screen shot below of where to land. Inside this cave there are actually three different side quests that you can pick up, Side Quest #153, Side Quest #177 and Side Quest #179.

For this quest you need to run Grottos until you get Fowleye as a boss and then defeat him within 15 turns. Fowleye is a common boss in mid to high level Grottos in my experience and compared to some of the other Grotto boss quests it shouldn't take too long to find him.
