Quest #061 Mager Migraine - Western Wormwood

This is a post game quest

Quest Requirements: Bring the man Hexite from Shogum in low level grottos

Reward: Lucida Shard (This quest is repeatable; same for repeated completions)

This quest is found on a raised piece of land near a well in Western Wormwood and can only be reached by using Sterling's Whistle and the Starflight Express. Inside the well you'll find a man who asks you to bring him some Hexite which drops from the Shogum boss, a boss for lower level grotto dungeons.

For this quest you will need to participate in grotto dungeons which are Dragon Quest 9's post game content. For more information on grottos and post game content in Dragon Quest 9 I recommend you head over to my Walkthrough Chapter 9; it covers most of the post game content.

 

Note: You can "miss" this quest permanently. If you don't accumulate enough low level Grotto maps with all of the available bosses and you level up your Hero too high/revocate you'll never get the opportunity again to go back and collect the lower Grotto level maps.
