Quest #031 Feather for a Fan - Gleeba

Quest Requirements: Bring the man 3 Hocus Chimaera Feathers

Reward: Magical Skirt

This quest is accepted in the Dance Hall of Gleeba which is found in the western part of town. The quest requires you to backtrack to either the island near Bloomingdale or the Heights of Loneliness dungeon to fight Hocus Chimaera enemies that you find here.

If you choose to do Heights of Loneliness and you have not completed the Ranger Class Unlock Sidequest I highly recommend that you do these quests at the same time. For those of you out there who have already completed the Ranger sidequest, I would actually recommend you grind Hocus Chimaeras at the island west of Bloomingdale instead. It's easier to access and I believe has a higher spawn rate.
