How to get to Dead Hills
In order to reach Dead Hills you will first need to get to Dulak's Harbor. You can get to Dulak's Harbor by taking the Gulf of Gunthak stone in PoK and then traveling through that zone to Dulak's Harbor. For more information on how to get to Dulak's Harbor follow the link provided.
Once in Dulak's Harbor, in the southern portion of the zone on the Stormwave ship there's a door that you can click on (pictured below) which will take you to Dead Hills.
