Man Searching Side Quest - Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Walkthroughs
The Man Searching Side Quest begins as a rumor, it's given to you by Rumormonger Toku in Izakaya Shiraishi early on in the game. You can find this place in the Hirasaka Area, it's one of the shops in the Kameya Alley shopping center. As you may have noticed, this quest takes place in the same location we pick up the rumor.
Once you spread the rumor you'll need to come back and talk to the lady behind the counter, she will have a new option in her menu called Search. When you select this you'll see a list of men that need finding, you will have to choose one from the list and pay a price to start the process. Until you find the guy you're looking for you can't select another... so keep that in mind.

How this side quest works is pretty straight forward. Each person you search for will require you to pay a small fee - usually 1/10th of the reward for finding them. Once you begin the search you can't start another until this person is found. In order to "find" someone you must talk with them a few times until you get a pop up box asking you if you'd like to guess their name.
When you guess their name you will have to spell it out via an ingame menu (lovely). If you spell it right/if you have the right person it will be a success and you can return to Shiraishi to get paid. I used the list below on two different play throughs so I know everyone's name is spelled right and all the information is correct.

Description: He's the guy standing in the corner next to the books. Blue sweatshirt, green shirt and black pants

Description: Guards the entrance to the Cursed Bomb Shelter
