Tholer Saryoni Vivec Tribunal Temple Quests
Tholer Saryoni is the final NPC that gives quests for the Tribunal Temple quest chain, you will need to reach the rank of Diviner before being able to begin the quests he gives. Once you complete all of the quests available from him you'll be promoted to Patriarch of the Temple.
In addition to these being the final quests of the Tribunal Temple they're also the quests that reward the player with Ebony Mail, the best piece of Medium Armor in the entire game. Technically you do not have to speak with Tholer Saryoni or be a member of the Tribunal Temple to get the Ebony Mail.... So long as you complete each of the quests on this page then interact with the Mount Assarnibibi Shrine you'll be given the Ebony Mail as a reward.
Tholer Saryoni Quest #1 - Malacath of the House of Troubles
This quest requires us to first collect 4 Daedra Hearts then take them to the Statue of Malacath which is southwest of Dagon Fel. You can acquire Daedra Hearts a variety of ways - if you don't currently have any hit up Nalcarya the Alchemist in Balmora, she has a supply of them that is constantly restocked.
Once you've got the 4 hearts you need, travel to Dagon Fel via boat then a little bit southwest to the Statue of Malacath. If you've never been here a few hostile orcs will be guarding it but they should be easy to dispatch; approach the shrine and interact with it for a buff and a Journal entry.
Tholer Saryoni Quest #2 - Mehrunes Dagon of the House of Troubles
Next up we're tasked with visiting the Statue of Mehrunes Dagon inside of Ald Sotha, a dungeon to the northeast of Vivec. You may have already been to this location to collect the Shoes of St. Rilms for the Tribunal Temple quest from Endryn Llethan. If not you may want to grab this item while we're here as it'll save you the trip in the future if you ever plan to do his quest.
You'll find the Statue of Mehrunes Dagon in the Ald Sotha Shrine area in the back of the dungeon. All in all the place is pretty linear, once you find the statue approach it and interact with it to receive your Journal entry.
Tholer Saryoni Quest #3 - Molag Bal of the House of Troubles
As Tholer tells you, the next shrine is found just north of Suran but to easily reach it you'll need Levitate. Without Levitate you'll have to run around the mountain which is most easily accomplished by following the river north until you can cut back east onto land. There are two entrances into Bal Ur, one will put you onto the ground level of the dungeon and the other on the top floor.
It doesn't really matter which entrance you take, if you find yourself on the top floor you can always drop down through the hole onto the bottom floor which is where we need to be/go. On the bottom floor of Bal Ur you'll find a door that leads to Bal Ur, Underground. This is the part of the dungeon you'll find the Statue of Molag Bal in.
Tholer Saryoni Quest #4 - Sheogorath of the House of Troubles
Speak with Tholer Saryoni about duties and Gambolpuddy to begin this quest. For this quest we're tasked with visiting the Daedric Shrine of Ald Daedroth which is in the northeastern most portion of Vvardenfell. Depending on how far you've gone in the main quest you may have already visited this shrine during the Ahemmusa Nerevarine quest.
Ald Daedroth is currently occupied by Ordinators who are fighting worshippers throughout the entire shrine. Don't worry about a crime penalty for killing anyone here as there is none. You'll find the Statue of Sheogorath in the Inner Shrine portion of Ald Daedroth but in order to activate the shrine you'll need Gambolpuddy glove which is found in the Antechamber portion of this shrine on a bedroll underneathe a pillow.
In the southern most room of the Ald Daedroth Antechamber you will find two bedrolls and a pillow on each, under one of these pillows is where you'll find the Gambolpuddy glove (pictured above).
Tholer Saryoni Quest #5 - Ebony Mail
The final quest from Tholer Saryoni requires us to travel to the Mount Assarnibibi Shrine which is found to the north of Molag Mar (pictured above).
