Winter's Chill Mage Raiding Spec
For the Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and Onyxia dungeons (Phase 1 - 4) of Classic WoW you'll want at least one Winter's Chill mage in your raid. It isn't until AQ and Naxx when mages switch to Fire that you'll no longer need someone that is this spec.

Arcane Power Raid Spec
Throughout the Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and Onyxia phases (1 - 4) you'll be using this spec as your primary highest damage raid spec.

Fire Raid Spec #1
This Fire raiding spec gets a few more skills in the Arcane Tree and skips over Blastwave as well as Pyroblast in the Fire tree. It's built around single target DPS and focuses more on mana conservation/retention than the other Fire spec on this page. Go this spec if you don't have that great of gear and need the extra mana talents in the Arcane Tree and/or if you're a raider that has no plans to solo.

Fire Raid Spec #2
If you like to raid and solo then this Fire spec may be better suited for you as it comes with Blastwave, a very powerful AoE ability that's not-so-great for raids but great for soloing. For anyone who wants to still pack a punch while soloing as well as on raids, I'd recommend you choose this Fire spec over the other.
