Dark Iron Dwarf Mageweave Cloth Farming in Searing Gorge (Cataclysm)

The Dark Iron Dwarves in Searing Gorge are an excellent source of Mageweave Cloth for players in their mid 40s. In the eastern portion of the zone by the path that leads to the Badlands you will find Grimesilt Dig Site, a place rich in Dark Iron dwarves. The dwarves are literally all over the mountain side and have an extremely low spawn time (as seen in the video below). With their shockingly fast spawn time you won't have to ever worry about running out of mobs at this location.

Much like the Dustbelch Ogre camp that is right over the mountain to the east, this camp has an abundance of Mithril but really no herbs at all. Occasionally you will spot a spawn of Firebloom(doesn't sell for anything at all) and Sungrass(can sell for a good amount). However, more than anything you will find Mithril here. Lots... and lots.... of Mithril. I've seen a Gold vein spawn in the local area too but it is rather rare to see that happen. So, in closing, if you're a herbalist you might want to find another location (I recommend one in Felwood!) But if you're a miner this will be a HEAVEN for you.
