Splithoof Heights in Thousand Needles

Splithoof Heights in Thousand Needles is an amazing place for you to farm up Silk Cloth. There are dozens of centaur all over this ridge for you to kill and they all have an extremely good chance to drop a few pieces of silk for each kill. Melee will laugh at how little armor these centaur have, making them one of the squishiest targets you could ever possibly imagine fighting. Since the centaur con neutral it will be kind of hard to round them up and AoE them down. Then again them coning neutral could also be very beneficial if you don't want to agro any extra centaurs.

As far as pulls go, I've found that the centaur are much closer together around northern Splithoof Heights. The Galak Stormers that surround each of the lakes are spaced out perfectly for you to transition from mob to mob with little travel time. As far as other goodies go for this location, I never saw a mine here the entire time I was here. I mean really? This area is so hilly and there are no mine spawns, doesn't make sense to me either. As far as herbs go you will find two different types here, Sungrass, which sells for a bit depending on your server and Liferoot, which I can't sell on my server to save my life.
