WoW Addon Guide - Deadly Boss Mods

Deadly boss mods is one of the most popular addons amongst players whom raid and commonly run instances. While the addon is made mainly for players just getting started with raiding or who are otherwise new to whatever PvE content they're attempting it can benefit veteran players just as much! What Deadly Boss Mods does is inform you when there is an important event during a boss fight that you have to either dodge or perform some other action rather than your regular actions.

As an example, DBM will inform you of things such as flame jets, when to switch targets, dodge fart clouds, when to use certain items to skills during the fight etc etc. This is an essential addon for when you start raiding and a lot of guilds have this addon as a requirement for raiding. While exceptional players won't need to use this addon it is still recommended you download it so you don't aggrivate your Raid Leader. Once you have downloaded DBM and placed it in your addon folder you can access it ingame by typing /DBM.

There isn't much reason to access it through this window as the addon will automatically load when you enter an instance.

I give DBM a solid 10/10 and strongly recommend it to anyone who is downloading all the important addons as they prepare to get serious with the game.
