The Culling of Stratholme Instance Guide
The Culling of Stratholme is the new instance located in the Caverns of Time. In The Culling of Stratholme you must protect Arthas as he makes his way through Stratholme and while he makes his assault on Mal'ganis. There is an optional boss available to players when they run this instance on Heroic Difficulty. He is located right before Mal'ganis and you must reach him within 25 minutes of starting the Courtyard event. If players reach him and kill him he drops a rare mount and gives you an achievement.

Normal Strategy: Tank and Spank
Heroic Strategy: Tank and Spank, the only main thing to fear is the chains debuff that he uses on people (besides the tank) that stuns them and does damage over time.

Mal'Ganis
When Mal'Ganis reaches 1hp he will forfeit the fight and drop a chest which holds the loot for the encounter.
Normal Strategy: The Final Tank and spank of the instance. He has a few moves that make him a difficult tank and spank, but out of the bajillion times I've done this instance I've never had trouble.
Heroic Strategy: Same as Normal

Infinite Corrupter
This boss only stays spawned if you get to Mal'Ganis within the 25minutes on heroic.
