Super Mario RPG Hidden Blocks
There are quite a few Hidden Blocks in Super Mario RPG. Each of them contain something different, the most common reward is Frog Coins and the crappiest reward is usually some coins. The best list of all these Hidden Blocks in this game can be found on the Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars Wiki.
Super Mario RPG - Sunken Ship Password
When you're on the Sunken Ship towards the end of the game and a password is requested, input PEARLS.
Super Mario RPG - Obtaining The Bright Card
After defeating Knife Guy and Grate Guy you'll want to return to the tower where you'll find Knife guy practicing juggling. He will juggle 1 yellow ball with a few red balls. When he stops Mario has to guess which hand holds the yellow ball. If you win you'll be rewarded with an item. Keep playing Knife Guy and keep winning and eventually he will give you the Bright Card which is needed for entering Grate Guy's Casino.
Super Mario RPG - Grate Guy's Casino
After you've acquired The Bright Card you will need to go to Bean Valley and over to the center of the valley where all of the pipes are. In one of these pipes you'll find a Chomp Chomp that you have to defeat and an invisible platform you have to make appear through jumping. If you're confused and need help you can talk to toad in Nimbus Land's Inn for hints on how to find the casino. Or you can check out the Mario wikia.
Super Mario RPG - Secret Items
This item grants Mario or one of his team mates invincibility for a few rounds. This one is located at the start of the Forest Maze. After working your way through the cavern and coming out of the tree stump you'll want to head all the way to the other side of the area near the exit. Jump around in the corner to reveal a box. If my directions suck check out the Hidden Block Locations on the Wiki!!
Attack Scarf - In order to acquire this item you'll need to perform Super Jump 30 consecutive times during battle. After you do this return to the NPC in Monstro Town that counts the number of times you've jumped during battle.
Super Jacket - In order to acquire this item you'll need to perform Super Jump 100 consecutive times during battle. Much like for the Attack Scarf, you'll want to return to Monstro town
