Toys is a side-scrolling platformer video game released in 1993 for various platforms including the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), Sega Genesis, and Game Boy. It was developed and published by Absolute Entertainment, a now-defunct video game company known for producing games based on popular movies.
In Toys, players control a young boy named Leslie who must navigate through a series of imaginative and whimsical levels set in a toy-filled world. Each level is themed after different types of toys, such as action figures, building blocks, and puzzles, and is filled with unique challenges, enemies, and puzzles to solve. Players must utilize Leslie's abilities, such as jumping, climbing, and using special items, to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies on his quest to save his kidnapped sister, Jennifer, from the evil villain, Uncle Zor.
