Olympic Summer Games is a video game based on the Olympic Games. It was released in 1996 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and Sega Genesis/Mega Drive consoles. The game was developed by Tiertex Design Studios and published by U.S. Gold. It features multiple events, including track and field, swimming, diving, gymnastics, and archery, among others. Players can choose from various countries to represent and can compete in single events or participate in a full Olympic Games tournament. The game allows up to four players to participate in some events, with a split-screen display.
