Metal Max Returns is a post-apocalyptic RPG developed and published by Crea-Tech for the Super Famicom in Japan in 1995. It was later localized for release in North America as Metal Saga for the PlayStation 2 in 2006. The game is set in a world devastated by a global nuclear war and follows the story of a young bounty hunter named Talis who must battle raiders, mutants, and other enemies as he tries to uncover the truth behind his father's death. The game features a non-linear open world, a wide range of vehicles that can be customized and upgraded, and a unique battle system where players control up to four party members at once.
