What you will want to do in order to obtain Desert Seeker II is combine the first Desert Seeker with any sword that is level 11 or above. Here are a few examples that work:

How to obtain Desert Seeker III

Much like the way you obtained Desert Seeker II, what you will want to do in order to obtain Desert Seeker III is combine Desert Seeker II with any sword that is level 18 or above. Here are a few examples that work:

How to obtain the Earthshaker

For the final upgrade of Desert Seeker into probably the best weapon in the game, Earthshaker what you will need to do is combine Desert Seeker III with any non "main" sword that is level 26 or above. What I mean by non main sword is you can't use the Libra King's sword or the sword you're given towards the end of the game. It has to be a sword that was evolved through other means.
