For this Request you will need to head over to Port Island Station to the back alley where Shinjiro would usually hang out. Here you'll want to enter the building that Shinjiro normally hung out in front of. Usually you can't get anything out of it, however if you have this Request you will be able to collect a Mahjong Tile after trying to enter.
