For this Request you will need to head over to Port Island Station and get the drink, Queen Elizabeth. You will want to head to the familiar back alley where Shinjiro typically hangs out. You'll find a bar here that you usually can't enter called Que sera sera - as seen in the picture below. If you have the Request you'll be able to go inside and acquire the drink.
