The Third Old Document that you're looking for in order to complete this request is located on floor 64. You may need to deliberately skip a lot of monsters in order to reach the Old Document before the end of the deadline. Keep in mind too, all Old Documents are found at the end of the block by the barrier. NOT on any floor with a boss.
