5 Points: +5 Attack when wielding Whips

10 Points: Whiplash - Causes regular damage to a group of enemies but also may paralyze for 5 - 8 turns.

16 Points: +10 Attack when wielding Whips

23 Points: Twin Dragon Lash - Deals a little bit more damage than a regular attack and hits twice. It can hit a single enemy twice too which makes it an extremely powerful single target attack.

32 Points: Lady's Thong - Attacks a group of enemies. Deals regular damage but 13% of the damage done to the first enemy is recovered as HP.

43 Points: +15 Attack when wielding Whips

55 Points: Lashings of Love - This ability replaces Whiplash and deals 50% more damage than a regular attack. It also has a chance of paralyzing an enemy for 5 - 8 turns.

68 Points: +25 Attack when wielding Whips

82 Points: Queen's Thong - This ability replaces Lady's Thong. It deals a little bit more damage than a regular attack and heals for 25% of the damage done to the first target it hits.

100 Points: Serpent's Bite - Deals 50% more damage than a regular attack. Damage decreases with each enemy hit. This attack basically just works as a more powerful regular whip attack.
