Pause the game and then hold B and press the directional keys to select a level.

Pause and Hold C, then press Down until you get the weapon you want.

Pause and Hold C, then press Down until you get the weapon you want. There are two new weapons not in the game normally, AAAA and one with a blank name. Have fun!
