Chavez II is a boxing video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1994. The game was developed by American studio Beam Software and published by American Softworks. The game features the likeness and name of Mexican boxer Julio César Chávez and allows players to fight through a series of matches to become the champion. The game includes a roster of fictional boxers, as well as a create-a-boxer feature that allows players to create their own boxer to fight through the ranks. The game was generally well-received for its gameplay and graphics, although some critics noted its lack of depth compared to other boxing games of the time.
