Capcom Generations 2 is a compilation of classic Capcom arcade games released by Capcom Co., Ltd. in 1998 for the PlayStation. It is part of the Capcom Generations series, which features collections of retro Capcom games from various eras. Capcom Generations 2 includes four classic Capcom arcade games from the 1980s: "Ghosts 'n Goblins," "Ghouls 'n Ghosts," "Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts," and "Gargoyle's Quest." These games are action platformers known for their challenging gameplay, where players control knights and other creatures as they battle against hordes of monsters, demons, and bosses.

The compilation features faithful recreations of the original arcade games, with updated graphics and sound for the PlayStation hardware. Players can choose from different game modes, including arcade mode, arranged mode with updated graphics and gameplay, and training mode to practice their skills. The games can be played in single-player mode or two-player co-op mode, allowing players to team up and tackle the challenging levels together.
