Batman Forever: The Arcade Game is a beat 'em up arcade game released by Acclaim Entertainment based on the popular DC Comics character, Batman. It was originally released in 1996 and is based on the 1995 movie Batman Forever starring Val Kilmer as Batman. In Batman Forever: The Arcade Game, players can choose to play as either Batman or Robin and embark on a mission to save Gotham City from the evil schemes of Two-Face and The Riddler. The game features side-scrolling beat 'em up gameplay, where players must defeat hordes of enemies using hand-to-hand combat and various weapons to progress through levels.

Players can execute different attacks, combos, and special moves to defeat enemies, including iconic Batman gadgets such as Batarangs and grappling hooks. The game also features interactive environments with destructible objects and hidden areas that players can discover for power-ups and bonuses.
