WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 is a professional wrestling video game developed by Yuke's and published by THQ for various gaming platforms, including PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable (PSP), Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, and mobile devices. It was released in 2007 as the ninth installment in the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw series. The game features a wide roster of WWE wrestlers, including popular Superstars and Divas from the time of its release, such as John Cena, Randy Orton, The Undertaker, Triple H, and many others. Players can choose their favorite WWE wrestlers and compete in various match types, such as singles, tag team, and multi-person matches, in authentic WWE arenas.

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 offers several gameplay modes, including a career mode where players can create and control their own custom wrestler and guide them through a career in the WWE, a "GM Mode" where players can take on the role of a General Manager and run the WWE brand, and a "Hall of Fame" mode where players can relive historic moments in WWE history.
