Burnout Legends is a racing video game developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld gaming console. The game was released on September 13, 2005, in North America, and on September 16, 2005, in Europe. Burnout Legends features fast-paced, high-octane racing action with a focus on aggressive driving and spectacular crashes. Players can choose from a wide variety of licensed vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles, and compete in a series of races and challenges across different game modes and tracks.

The game offers a mix of classic Burnout gameplay elements, including the popular "Crash" mode, where players aim to create the most devastating crashes possible, and "Road Rage" mode, where players must take down opponents by causing them to crash. Burnout Legends also introduces new gameplay features, such as the "Pursuit" mode, where players can chase and take down cop cars, and "Maniac" mode, where players must perform reckless stunts to earn points.
