Hard Times - Skellige

This quest starts by examining the bodies next to an overturned wagon on the road between the Miners' Camp and Blandare. You'll know you're in the right spot when a giant cyclops attacks you (as pictured above), he guards what is left of the wagon.

As aforementioned examining the bodies and the horse will start the quest; the first thing you'll need to do for this quest is examine the foot prints and blood on the opposite side of the road from the wagon. The foot prints will lead you to the southeast into a group of Nekkars, a short distance away from them will be another corpse to examine.

Loot the Letter to Yanne on the corpse to complete this part of the quest. Travel to Kaer Trolde next where you will need to give the Letter to the smith that works here.

Be sure to tell the smith the truth, that you found the letter on their corpses otherwise he'll assume that you murdered them and refuse to ever do business with you again. Telling him the truth will get you some Crowns as well as EXP for your reward. Either way, the quest will complete here.

Note: If you're having troubles talking to the smith.... Like many other smiths in the game this smith can't be talked to while he is hammering away on something. Use Meditate to push time forward by an hour until he isn't working on something, then you'll be able to talk to him.
