Fists of Fury: Toussaint - Blood and Wine
Area: Toussaint
Location: Beauclair
Quest Giver: Gran'place Notice Board
Other Requirements: Blood and Wine DLC
This quest begins by visiting the Gran'place Notice Board which is in the huge town of Beauclair of Toussaint. If you've done any of the previous Fists of Fury quest in Witcher 3 then you should already know what to expect from this one. Defeat the first three opponents to unlock the final opponent (in this case, a whole different quest).
You can do the opponents in any order, I chose Mancomb first. Mancomb can be found by the Nilfgaardian Embassy Signpost (pictured above). What is unique about Mancomb is you can keep insulting him with rhymes and he'll eventually concede the fight and you won't even have to fist fight him. If you suck at rhyming, just avoid the "Your mama" and "Rather fight than chat" options. The long responses to Mancomb are typically the rhymes.
Still Waters is a regular fist fight, except at the end she reveals herself to be a woman. Colossus is another unique match, he'll ask you to parry 3 of his blows or beat him at a real fight. Parrying his attacks is easier than beating him in an actual fight so it's worth trying that if you're not good at fist fighting.
All three strategies for these guys are listed below in an easier to digest format. Once you've defeated all three of your opponents you'll receive an additional follow up quest called Raging Wolf.
Mancomb: Insult him with rhymes and you won't even have to fight him
Still Waters: Fist fight her and win to find out she is a girl
Colossus: Fist fight him OR accept his challenge and parry all of his punches
