Contract: Bovine Blues - Toussaint (Blood and Wine)

This quest begins by accepting the contract from the Flovive Notice Board in Toussaint. For the first part of this quest you'll need to travel northeast of Flovive to Ardaiso Quarry and speak with the foreman here. When you approach him you'll automatically get a scene with him and some others.

When the scene is finished you'll need to travel a bit northeast to find the cow's corpse, a worker's corpse and some Ghouls & Alghoul enemies (pictured below). Defeat everything here then examine both the corpses to update your quest.

The next thing that we'll need to examine is the crane that's nearby. On one of the wooden posts you'll find a blotch of blood that you can examine. This'll update your quest and send you to the south where you'll eventually run into a run down distillery where you'll find a group of three Rotfiends. Kill them and examine the blood on the ground, then follow that to the southeast.

Rotfiend Weaknesses: Necrophage Oil

You'll reach a pool of water not too far from where you're at now with a large patch of blood you'll need to examine. This will update your quest and send you further east to a hill top with some Slyzards flying around it. Ontop of this hill you'll not only find the Slyzard enemies but also the place the Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Griffon Gear takes place.

The way this fight works is you'll have to fight the mother first and once she is defeated the injured baby Slyzard will descend and fight you. Defeat him and then collect your Trophy from the mother to complete this part of the quest. All that you have to do is return to Foreman Pafzunio to turn in this quest.

Slyzard Weaknesses: Draconid Oil, Aard and Quen

Completion of this quest will unlock a follow up quest, Big Feet to Fill.
