In order to accept this quest you'll need to complete the first one offered by this NPC, On the Hunt for a Harvest. Much like for the previous one all you'll have to do is go to a farm location and loot an item, this time the item is much easier to locate though as it's in the middle of a patch of ingredients marked on your map.

You can ride your vehicle the majority of the way down here then use the Chocobo Whistle to cover the last little bit of ground.
