Evil Saint Lawrence is one of the Crew Challenges you'll come across in The Spendopticon which is a zone on The Handsome Jackpot, one of Borderlands 3's first DLC additions to the game. The Market fast travel terminal is the closest one to Evil Saint Lawrence and if is also where you'll restart each time you reset the game (if you plan to farm this boss).

As far as loot goes, ION LASER (Maliwan SMG) is the only item on Evil Saint Lawrence's dedicated loot list. You can find this item elsewhere in the game as well, not just off of Evil Saint Lawrence.
