Haddon Marr is a Crew Challenge found in Ashfall Peaks on the planet Gehenna which is part of the Bounty of Blood DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find Haddon Marr towards the end of the zone just a tad bit north of the Caldera Stronghold fast travel terminal. In order to reach Haddon Marr you'll need to take one of the green mushroom jumps up to the platform with Haddon Marr on it.

As far as loot goes, Narp (Hyperion Sniper) is the only item on Haddon Marr's dedicated loot list. This item is unique to Haddon Marr and is difficult or impossible to find on other enemies throughout the Bounty of Blood DLC.
