Dickon Goyle is one of the Crew Challenges that you can find in Bloodsun Canyon on the planet Gehenna (Bounty of Blood DLC). You'll find Dickon Goyle in the center portion of the zone, a little bit south of the Bloodsun Canyon - Presentation Room fast travel terminal in the center of the zone.

As far as loot goes, the only item on Dickon Goyle's dedicated loot list is the Gargoyle (CoV Pistol). This item is not unique to Dickon Goyle and can be found off of other enemies throughout this DLC as well.
