Urist McEnforcer - Borderlands 3 Farming Guides

Urist McEnforcer is one of the rare spawns that you can find in the subway tunnels of Lectra City, a zone on Promethea. You'll find Urist McEnforcer just down the hall from One Punch, another rare spawn/easter egg in Borderlands 3. The easiest way to reach Urist is to jump down the hole in the center of the zone and head down the subway tunnel that is on the map. Urist is very close, just around the corner.

As far as loot goes both Crossbow (Hyperion Sniper) and Re-charger (Shield) are on Urist's dedicated drops loot list. You can find the Re-charger Shield elsewhere in the game pretty easily but the Crossbow is a unique weapon that only drops off Urist - or is extremely difficult to find elsewhere in the game.
