Tyreen the Destroyer - Borderlands 3 Farming Guides

Location: Destroyer's Rift on Pandora
Part of: Divine Retribution Story Quest
Drops: Otto Idol (Artifact), Bitch (Hyperion SMG), King's Call and/or Queen's Call (Jakobs Pistol)

Tyreen the Destroyer is the final boss in Borderlands 3 and is found in Destroyer's Rift a zone on Pandora. In order to face this boss you'll need to complete the entire story of the game. Once you've beaten Tyreen the Destroyer once all you need to do to face her again is enter the boss arena and she'll spawn to fight you.

Compared to many of the other bosses in the game, Tyreen the Destroyer is not the best one to farm. If you're looking for bosses to farm then I recommend you check out Gigamind or Graveward. Both of those bosses drop much more loot and are easier to defeat than this one.

As far as loot goes, the items on Tyreen the Destroyer's dedicated loot list are Otto Idol (Artifact), Bitch (Hyperion SMG), King's Call and/or Queen's Call (Jakobs Pistol). You can find each of these items elsewhere in the world except for King's Call and Queen's Call. These drops are unique to Tyreen the Destroyer and Troy Calypso.
