The Unstoppable is a rare spawn that you can find in Ambermire on the planet Eden 6. Much like with all rare spawns in Borderlands 3 there isn't a 100% chance he will be spawned at this location every time. If you come here and he isn't here just reset the game and try again.

As far as loot goes, Devastator (Torgue Pistol), Band of Sitorak and Big Boom Blaster (Shield) are all on The Unstoppable's dedicated loot list. Band of Sitorak (Shield) is an item that is unique to this enemy and you're unlikely to find it anywhere else in the game. The other items he drops you can easily find elsewhere in the game as well as off of him.
