General Traunt - Borderlands 3 Farming Guides

General Traunt is one of the bosses you'll fight during the "Footsteps of Giants" Story Missions of Borderlands 3. You'll find him in Desolation's Edge on the planet of Nekrotafeyo. To fight this boss after beating him during the story all you need to do is enter the arena with him in it again to spawn him a second time.

Where you see me standing in the map above is where the respawn/checkpoint terminal is at. Every time you reset the map to fight General Traunt, this is where you'll be starting. As far as loot goes, Recursion (Maliwan Shotgun), D.N.A (Maliwan SMG), S3RV-8OS-EXECUTE (Tediore Pistol), Cosmic Crater (Artifact) are all of the items on General Traunt's dedicated loot list. D.N.A (Maliwan SMG) is the only item on this list that is unique to General Traunt and that you're unlikely to find anywhere else.
