Ambush at Tarren Mill Alliance Tides of Darkness Mission 2

Objectives

- Rescue a captured Elven Archer
- Return him to the Circle of Power

 

You can actually beat this level with the few troops you start with, it's up to you if you want to go through the effort of making a Barracks and more Farms and all of that. First up, use your ships to destroy the Troll Destroyers in the water - after you take out all the enemy ships your ships are useless.

The town of Tarren Mill is in the northwestern part of the map - there's some foot soldiers and a tower guarding it. Once you break down the wall and gain access to the area with the Elven Archers all you need to do is run them back to town and onto the Circle of Power.
